7. What my information is stored

We only store information necessary for billing and communication purposes. This will include:

- your name (definitely)
    - Your Email ID

This is the common information stored with us when using an N4S Cloud ERP account. The following information is also stored:

-  Primary contact phone number (if shared by user)
    - Billing address (for company/primary user)

We also store all the data requested from you when registering or requesting a demo

8. Where to host

We are currently hosting with Google Cloud whose servers/data centers are located at Saint Gislain, Belgium, Europe.

9. What about backups

On the cloud, we keep regular SQL backups (here referred to as the backup)for your account. We recommend that you also keep your own copy. To download it manually by going to Settings>> Download backups. You can also automate the download of a database backup for your N4S account to your Dropbox account.

10. Who can access my account

We also have access to your account for administrative purposes. This access includes support and update purposes If anyone on our team has to access your data for support, you will receive an email indicating that one of our engineers has access to your data with a reason. Your passwords cannot be accessed by our engineers and are generated via software. If they need to access the account, they have to go through this route. All of our employees have signed a non-disclosure agreement with us and are fully aware of the consequences and risks involved in accessing customer data.

11. How do I check all the changes I’ve made as an administrator

We will inform you of the changes (if any) we have made. At the bottom of each form (or document types as we call them) you’ll see who made the most recent changes. In addition, you can view the activity history report to track the activities of users in your account. Changes are also made automatically via patches when a new version is released. If the patch fails, the administrator may change your data. Also in this case, you will receive an email notification of the same

12. How do you use my data

Any personal information received will only be used to respond to your inquiries or fix errors (and sometimes send out newsletters that you can opt out of). We do not and will not sell or redistribute your information to any third party We track your visits to the website through Google Analytics. 15. What if I want to transfer my data

n4s-solutions is free and open source. This is our biggest advantage against other cloud / ERP systems. In the remote possibility that you do not want our service or we are unable to service, the complete source code with online installation instructions is at All you have to do is download the backup and reinstall on your new server. You can also export only necessary data in spreadsheets (Excel, CSV) and import it into the new system

16. Email Unsubscribe

You can opt out of receiving or unsubscribe from our marketing emails. To stop receiving promotional emails, please send an email to support@n4s-solutions.com, and it may take approximately ten days for your request to be processed. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we will continue to send you transactional messages via email and SMS about your purchases.
